I am known as Kestrel of Wales in The Kingdom of Meridies in The Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA).
Kestrel of Wales is a 12th-13th century Welsh Bard/Poet.
Thats about the current depth of the persona development.

I have an interest in all things welsh especially the poetry of the welsh bards.

I have been fascinated by the Kestrel (sparrowhawk, windhover) since  the early 1970's.

I have been using the name Kestrel since about 1985.
That is when I used it as a pseudonym for some of my poems.
